53.6. Amazon Chime, including voice connector features and Business Calling features, is not a traditional telephone service or a replacement for traditional telephone services. Amazon Chime does not provide emergency calls to emergency responders or emergency call centers (”Emergency Services”) such as 911, may not know the physical location of end users, and cannot be used to make calls if the end user experiences a power outage, cannot access the Internet, or their device is not powered. You are solely responsible for all agreements entered into with third parties to provide your end users with access to emergency services, and AWS makes no representations or warranties regarding the use of such agreements with Amazon Chime. You agree to inform your end users who may use Amazon Chime of these restrictions and how they may otherwise access emergency services, including alternative agreements you have provided. Neither AWS nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damages resulting from an emergency call or the inability to make or complete an emergency call through Amazon Chime. You agree to indemnify and hold AWS harmless from and against any and all claims related to your accounts or those of your end users regarding an emergency call or the inability to make or close an emergency call through Amazon Chime, including in connection with the use of agreements with third parties. 5.5.6. For each Seller, we collect the data and tax forms necessary to enable compliance with applicable tax laws.
For example, for U.S.-based sellers, we collect and store the seller`s name and address and may collect the tax identification number and other information necessary to meet the reporting requirements of Form 1099K. For sellers outside the United States, we collect and store a tax Form W-8BEN (which includes name, address, and signature) as proof that you are exempt from filing Form 1099K. For each buyer, we will collect and store the name and address of the buyer. Buyers and sellers will not know the name of the other party to the transaction until the transaction is completed. At the end of the transaction, we will share the respective buyer`s city, state, and zip with the seller so that the seller can charge the appropriate tax (if any) to transfer it to the appropriate government agency. We will include the seller`s legal name on the buyer`s invoice. Buyers and Sellers may not use information relating to the Transaction or the other party obtained in connection with a Transaction (”Transaction Information”) for any purpose unrelated to the Transaction. For example, you may not, directly or indirectly: (1) disclose transaction information to third parties, except as necessary to comply with your tax or other obligations under these Terms of Use, and only if you ensure that each recipient uses the information only for that purpose and complies with those restrictions; (2) use transactional information for marketing or promotional purposes of any kind; (3) use the transaction information in a manner inconsistent with applicable law; (4) contact a party to encourage it to make another sale or purchase; or (5) targeted communications of any kind based on the intended recipient, who is a buyer or seller of ri Marketplace. 45.10. AWS and its affiliates will process all personal information about your personnel (”Personnel”) provided to AWS or its affiliates as part of a Statement of Work in accordance with the processing practices described in the AWS Privacy Statement (available at aws.amazon.com/privacy/).
You make the AWS Privacy Statement available to all employees whose personal information you provide to AWS or its affiliates. 1.11. If you process the personal data of end users or other identifiable persons when using a Service, you are responsible for providing legally appropriate data protection notices and obtaining the necessary consents to process such data. You declare to us that you have provided all the necessary data protection information and obtained all the necessary consents. You are responsible for the processing of this data in accordance with applicable law. 16.3. You are responsible for your separate relationship with the Data Center Operator or another Service Provider, including compliance with your agreement with the Data Center Operator or another Service Provider and payment of applicable fees to the Data Center Operator or another Service Provider. You are responsible for providing or purchasing any equipment or cable necessary to establish this dedicated connection (and AWS is not the owner or responsible for it). 26.7. As part of the regular operation of Amazon WorkSpaces, WorkSpaces may be upgraded with operating system and software upgrades, patches, and bug fixes. You will ensure that the designated transfer location for the delivery of snowmobile equipment (the ”Transfer Location”) meets at all times the minimum requirements necessary to support the delivery, configuration, maintenance, use and collection of snowmobile equipment as described on the AWS website and otherwise described in the snowmobile documentation or provided to you during the ordering and delivery process. You will ensure that you have all the necessary rights, certifications and licenses for the delivery, installation, maintenance, use and removal of snowmobile equipment at the transfer site.
You are responsible for any damage to snowmobile equipment during your stay at the transfer location, unless caused by AWS. You may not allow Snowmobile Equipment to leave the Transfer Site except under the supervision of designated AWS personnel. You will provide aws designated personnel with immediate and reasonable access to the transfer site to the extent necessary to provide, configure, inspect, maintain, and remove snowmobile equipment. You will not require AWS employees to sign, accept, or otherwise accept any documentation as a condition of access to the Transfer Site, and you agree that the terms of such documentation are not valid, even if signed by AWS employees. You will ensure that no one accesses, moves, or repairs the Snowmobile Equipment except (i) personnel designated by AWS, (ii) as authorized in writing by AWS in connection with the maintenance of the Snowmobile Equipment, or (iii) if a situation of imminent injury, property damage, or an active fire alarm system so requires. AWS may terminate your use of Snowmobile Equipment and remove Snowmobile Equipment if you violate these Terms or the terms of the Agreement with respect to Snowmobile Equipment. 54.5. You and your end users have the option to request Amazon Connect to record a corresponding audio session with chat and other types of recordings (collectively, ”Recording”). .
